Your Role:

As a Heavy Duty Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our service team. You'll possess a strong understanding of heavy-duty trucks and trailers, enabling you to effectively communicate repair estimates, scheduling details, and work progress to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and concise explanations of repairs and services to customers, ensuring they understand the work performed on their vehicles.
  • Prepare detailed service orders and invoices, accurately reflecting the scope of work and associated costs.
  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with our technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and adherence to customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of service history and customer information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts or service, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications commonly used in service environments.
  • Inventory management experience or a willingness to learn and contribute to our inventory control processes.
