Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team as a Galley Operations Specialist. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals to our crew members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare 3 meals per day for up to 20 crew members
  • Maintain the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in the galley
  • Shop for and store food items and cleaning products
  • Responsible for stocking all galley food and cleaning products
Salary Information

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

  • Experience in culinary arts or related field
