Job Responsibilities

As a Travel RN in the PCU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a progressive care setting. Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring and managing patient conditions
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Active nursing license
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
  • Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH
  • Experience in trauma care preferred
  • Ability to float within service lines as needed

The PCU unit features:

  • Patient Ratios: 1:3
  • Daily Patient Census: 12
