Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a vocational school or college with a degree in nursing.
  • Current California licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
  • National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • IV Certification upon hire.
  • At least two years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice.
