Job Overview

Bollinger Motors is seeking a part-time Janitorial Associate to perform daily cleaning and other janitorial tasks for a maximum of 20 hours a week. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Ensure the cleanliness of all communal areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, stairs, corridors, and lobby.
    • Develop a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning and maintenance task list.
  • Daily Cleaning Tasks
    • Clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust daily.
    • Dust desks as necessary.
  • Weekly and Monthly Tasks
    • Weekly wipe down of all high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, push plates, and pull handles.
    • Monthly cleaning of all interior windows and touch-ups as needed.
    • Wipe down doors monthly.
  • Supply Management
    • Restock bathrooms and kitchens with necessary supplies.
    • Manage supplies inventory and maintain stock in all janitors' closets and bathrooms.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Take trash out to the dumpster, including cardboard.
    • Empty all garbage and maintain garbage cans.
    • Provide additional support to Human Resources for employee and corporate events on-site.
    • Perform other janitorial tasks as required.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • High School Diploma
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
      • Knowledge of cleaning best practices.
      • Willingness to collaborate with other departments to accomplish objectives.
      • Able to read and understand Safety Data Sheets for chemicals associated with performing daily tasks.
