Master Tradesperson

Are you a seasoned plumbing professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Foreman to join our team at Comfort Systems USA Southwest.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, lead projects from start to finish, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 15+ employees and provide guidance on plumbing-related tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement effective scheduling and resource allocation strategies.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and address potential risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in plumbing trade, including supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
