Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Rihm Leasing-Cloquet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles and components in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles and components efficiently and effectively
• Perform work at or above efficiency standards
• Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless workflow
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records
• Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry advancements

• Experience in heavy duty and medium truck repair
• Exceptional mechanical, analytical, and reasoning skills
• Trade school certification in automotive or truck maintenance and repair (preferred)
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B) or ability to acquire
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical
