POSITION OVERVIEW:


We are currently seeking a Morning Food Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive their meals in a timely and professional manner. The Morning Food Service Associate will serve as a crucial link between the front of house and back of house teams, facilitating smooth and efficient food delivery.

Shifts are available throughout the week, providing flexibility for our team members. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, and vision coverage.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate food orders to ensure prompt and efficient delivery to guests.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and ingredient details.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front of house personnel.
  • Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation.
  • Deliver meals to guests in dining areas and guest rooms.
  • Process in-room dining orders, informing guests of daily specials and policies.
  • Handle guest checks and manage cash transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Complete all required side work as outlined in operational guidelines.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns to enhance their dining experience.
  • Conduct regular floor sweeps to maintain cleanliness and retrieve used trays.
  • Prepare and deliver VIP amenities as needed.
  • Ensure all hospitality suites are serviced according to established policies.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a food service environment.

Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of safety and sanitation practices, and effective communication skills.

Must possess manual dexterity for handling food and beverages, and the ability to lift and carry items as needed. Proficiency in English is required.
