About the Role

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Support Specialist to join its Newport Beach office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in the preparation and management of complex civil litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and organized case files, including legal documents and correspondence.
  • Assist in the coordination of court filings, e-filings, and other administrative tasks.
  • Schedule and calendar deadlines, meetings, and appointments for attorneys and clients.
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service skills to clients and attorneys.
  • Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry, document scanning, and filing.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless case management and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation support or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with e-filing and court procedures in California.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
