Job Summary

Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional food service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to restaurant customers
  • Prepare and present food items, maintain a clean service area, and follow health codes
  • Ensure all guests are dealt with in a professional and consistent manner
  • Take food and drink orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver orders in a timely manner
  • Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables for larger parties
  • Provide a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety programs and health department requirements
  • Follow all applicable Company Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous fine dining or hotel restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to perform the following:
    • Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
    • Regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules
    • Comply with Company rules and regulations for safe and effective operation of hotel facilities
