Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and evaluate data from various sources and systems.
  • Assist in building sustainable tools within existing platforms for optimized reporting.
  • Analyze data trends and recommend improvements to dashboards, performance, and outputs.
  • Collaborate with the DEI team on ongoing assignments.
  • Research and resolve missing or inaccurate data submissions.
  • Deliver tasks and projects within set timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong project management, data analysis, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and resourcefulness.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $17-$20/hour, depending on experience.
  • Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Hybrid work environment, mostly remote.
