Veterinarian - General Practice Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Veterinarian to join our team at Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital in Laurel, MD. As a member of our hospital's general practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for providing routine veterinary care, including examinations, vaccinations, and surgeries. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in emergency medicine and work closely with our experienced ER doctors to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and collaborative work environment, where every veterinarian has the opportunity to grow and learn. Our schedules are published 3-6 months in advance, ensuring that you can plan your work and personal life with confidence.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for veterinary medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You should also be an effective communicator and able to work well as part of a team.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $115,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and liability insurance, as well as a matching 401(k) plan. We also offer a generous CE allowance and additional PTO for CE attendance.
