Job Summary

Ardent Health Services Lovelace Regional Hospital - Roswell is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team on a per diem travel basis. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound procedures in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and position patients as needed
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images and videos
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient exams and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • RDMS-OB certification required
  • ACLS certification required as applicable
  • AHA, ARC, or American Safety and Health Institute certifications required
  • PALS certification required as applicable
  • Tech Cert Verification - National: require as applicable
  • Aya HIPAA Required
  • Behavioral Health registered nurses must have the APNA eLearning Center certification
  • State License 1 Verification required
  • NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP
  • 2 years experience in ultrasound technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
