About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, which serves as the framework for creating and developing engaging lessons.
  • Communicate with parents on a daily basis, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
  • Support the center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Ensure the safety and security of each child.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen.
  • At least 2 years of professional teaching experience required.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; College ECE coursework highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Lesson planning experience required.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Compensation: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
