IDR Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN NICU Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse RN NICU Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in our NICU department. As a Travel Nurse RN NICU Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care in the NICU department
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a NICU department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
