  • Provide accurate and timely passenger information through visual and acoustic means, utilizing provided information systems and media, at all stations within the area of responsibility of the main station.
  • Monitor, control, and update daily schedule data and functionality of all elements of the information system, including sound systems.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate relevant information to passengers in case of disruptions, providing clear and concise instructions.
  • Support train drivers in the dispatch of trains during disruptions, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Proactively engage with customers on site, offering advice on the use of digital apps and ticket machines.
  • Answer incoming calls at the info call pillars, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Maintain the proper functioning of all technical equipment and systems, taking prompt action in case of malfunctions.
Requirements:
  • Completed training in railway operations or a service-oriented field, or several years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Pass a physical fitness assessment by a company doctor during the selection process.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
