About the Role
  • Sell new homes to potential buyers, guiding them through the LGI Homes sales process.

We are looking for top-producing sales representatives with excellent communication skills and a drive for success. Experience in commission-based sales roles is preferred, but not necessary. We offer comprehensive training to set you up for success with our sales system.

Key Benefits
  • Total Compensation: $166,660 - $397,180+ per year
  • 1.5% commission paid on all closed sales
  • Paid bonuses based on units closed
  • Anticipated hourly base compensation of $16/hour (approx. $33,280/year)
