Key Responsibilities- Administer respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilation.
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans to meet individual needs.
- Conduct patient assessments, including vital sign monitoring and respiratory function testing.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and treatment plans.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- State License-Respiratory Therapist-Wisconsin.
- NBRC-CRT (Cert Respiratory Therapist).
- ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- Ability to lift 50-100lbs.
