Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Lubrication Specialist to play a crucial role in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to perform oil changes and filter replacements in various vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Routine Vehicle Maintenance: change oil, replace oil filters, fuel filters, perform fluid exchanges, and inspect air and cabin filters while assessing vehicles for any mechanical issues.
  • Manage Tire Services: mount, balance, and rotate tires as needed.
  • Ensure Proper Fluid Disposal: handle and dispose of all automotive fluids in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
  • Maintain a Clean Work Environment: keep your designated work area and the overall shop organized and tidy.
  • Collaborate with a Mentor: work closely with an experienced technician for daily guidance and skill development.
  • Adhere to Safety Standards: perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner as directed by management and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with Team Members: interact and collaborate with fellow associates in daily operations.
  • Additional Duties: undertake other responsibilities as assigned by your mentor, supervisor, or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an automotive lube technician, mechanic, or in a related field.
  • Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
