Tire and Battery Center Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tire and Battery Center Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our auto service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tire and battery center.
Key Responsibilities- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service, educate and mentor new team members, and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Be an Expert: Stay up-to-date with industry guidelines, safety protocols, and equipment operations to provide expert advice and service to our customers.
- Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve service efficiency, and enhance associate engagement, while adapting to new technologies and encouraging others to do the same.
- Be an Owner: Take ownership of equipment, tools, and supplies, track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory and safety standards.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, develop and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style, and understand and address roadblocks in training.
- Comply with Company Policies: Implement related action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
- Complete Work Assignments: Use policies, data, and resources to complete tasks, communicate progress, and determine ways to address improvement opportunities.
