We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Creative Luau Photographer to enhance our photography services. The successful candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for capturing genuine moments in picturesque beach and resort environments, highlighting the natural allure and emotions of families and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) The main emphasis of this role will be on luau photography, which entails: capturing, editing, printing, and selling images.

2.) Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in mini sessions, beach portrait photography, and assist in wedding shoots.

3.) Apply both creative and technical expertise to create visually striking and emotionally impactful photographs.

4.) Collaborate with clients to grasp their vision and preferences, ensuring a tailored and unforgettable experience.

5.) Edit and enhance photographs to align with company standards utilizing Adobe Lightroom Classic.

6.) Oversee and organize photography equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and ready for use.

7.) Manage data effectively, ensuring that sessions are offloaded and organized appropriately.

Qualifications:

1.) Proficient in operating photography equipment and Adobe editing software.

2.) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients.

3.) Capability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.

4.) A creative mindset and attention to detail to capture distinctive and captivating portraits.

5.) Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

Work Environment:

The Creative Luau Photographer will primarily operate outdoors in beach and resort settings, adapting to diverse weather conditions and lighting scenarios. Luau photography sessions typically occur 4-5 evenings a week from approximately 4pm to 8:30pm, with additional sessions scheduled in the early morning and late afternoon to sunset.

Our dedicated team of photographers is passionate about transforming moments into cherished memories that endure a lifetime. With a focus on creativity, professionalism, and personalized service, we strive to ensure each photoshoot is a unique and enjoyable experience for every family and couple.

Compensation:

Base pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour (dependent on experience) plus commissions on sales. Expected earnings for this part-time position range from $25,000 to $45,000 annually.
