As a Tax Senior Manager at Haystack Consultants, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing client tax implications, internal tax staff, and tax compliance and strategy. This is an opportunity to take a leadership position within our regional CPA firm and contribute to our growth in Long Beach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client tax implications, internal tax staff, and tax compliance and strategy.
- Be the primary contact for complex client tax issues.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
Requirements:
- CPA certification.
- 5 or more years of experience in public accounting.
- Expertise in tax.
- Bachelor's Degree or better in accounting or related field.
- Prior leadership experience.
