Job Summary:
We are seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist to join our team at our Baker City critical access hospital. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care services to patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and airway clearance techniques.
- Assess patients' respiratory status and develop individualized care plans to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements:
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network.
- License to practice respiratory care in the state of practice (Idaho or Oregon).

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
