Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Renal Fellow to join our team at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. As a Renal Fellow, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients with renal-related conditions, collaborating with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Assist with patient observation, documentation, and communication of patient healthcare needs to the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicating and recording changes in patient condition as necessary.
  • Participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and enhanced clinical judgment, providing safe, competent, and person-centered care.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
