Job Summary
Daher is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Stuart, Florida. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve products and written processes to meet or exceed customer expectations, while determining the effectiveness of approved quality systems.
- Monitor and track process and product control parameters to validate process reliability and capability.
- Participate in real-time process management support and assist with transparency to company metrics, continuous improvement, and management reviews.
- Maintain quality assurance systems, procedures, and equipment to uphold company quality requirements.
- Assist with determining conformity of the quality system with published documentation and implementation requirements.
- Assist production personnel proactively to resolve product or process issues to ensure defect-free environments.
- Facilitate complex problem-solving events and assist with training to support quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum one year of experience with continuous improvement, product functions, and process control tools.
- Thorough understanding of ISO/AS9100 quality systems standards.
- Ability to perform dimensional measurement and interpretation of products to required specifications.
- Advanced experience with MS Office products.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
