We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team.

Job Summary

This is a travel Cath Lab Technologist position that requires a Radiation Technologist with a strong background in Catheterization Laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit.
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transports patients as needed.
Requirements
  • One to three years experience as a Radiation Technologist preferred.
  • Other certifications may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
