About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Good Shepherd Services, Ltd. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Assist with transferring, walking, and positioning residents as needed.
  • Collect vital signs and weights, and apply non-prescription creams/ointments under the supervision of the nurse.
  • Report any changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant on the Wisconsin Registry.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
