We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Educator to join our team at Dentsu Creative (MKTG). As a Brand Educator, you will be responsible for educating consumers about our client brands at various events and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and educate consumers about our client brands at events and promotional activities.
  • Humanize the brands and build trust with consumers through education and product knowledge.
  • Lead consumers through a sampling journey of featured products, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
  • Complete regular online training sessions to stay up-to-date on our client brands and programs.
  • Adapt to new technologies and platforms to receive and input information necessary to represent our client brands.
  • Arrive on time, dressed in appropriate attire, and be prepared to execute promotions as outlined in program standards.
  • Distribute Diageo premiums to consumers and follow Responsible Server Guidelines.
  • Pre-merchandise accounts with Diageo point-of-sale (POS) and pay for bar spend or product via company-issued debit card.
  • Pick up or accept delivery of promotional materials from Event Team and ensure proper care and return of company property.
  • Complete post-event recaps (ERFs) in MKTG reporting website and take digital event photos for social media.
  • Understand how our client brands differ from competitors and report on competitive activity in the market.
  • Maintain an appropriate appearance for consumer engagement and follow company policy and procedures.
Requirements
  • Outgoing and personable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to translate brand information to consumers in a relatable manner.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods, carry heavy trays, and maintain a pleasant disposition under stress.
  • Approachable and able to engage consumers.
Working Conditions

This is an Occasional Employment Position, and being hired as a Brand Educator does not guarantee assignment to any particular quantity of assignments.

Brand Educators must sign-off on all required forms and adhere to all MKTG Policies & Procedures and the NA Diageo Marketing Code.
