Job Summary

IntelyCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts and facilities, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
  • Administer medications, track their use, and verify their effects
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe environment for residents
  • Track medical records and charts, and assist with the setup of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintain a proper inventory of medical supplies and assist with staff orientation and training
Requirements
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • Degree from an approved LPN training program
