About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Presbyterian Homes and Services. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and staff by maintaining our buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations.
  • Perform floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure the campus appearance is consistent with the PHS design intent.
  • Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by site leadership.
  • Assignments may include landscape care, snow removal, pool maintenance, and other projects.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to the job as defined by site requirements.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, follow directions, and work under supervision.
  • Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
