Job Title: Brand Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Educator to join our team at Dentsu Creative (MKTG). As a Brand Educator, you will be responsible for educating consumers about Diageo brands at various events and activations. You will be the face of our brand, and your primary goal will be to build trust and awareness among consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and educate consumers about Diageo brands at events and activations
  • Humanize the brand and build trust among consumers through education and product knowledge
  • Lead consumers through a sampling journey of featured products
  • Complete regular digital training for market brand and programs
  • Adapt to tech platforms to receive and input information necessary to represent the Diageo brands
  • Arrive to events on time, in appropriate attire, and be prepared to execute promotions as outlined in program standards

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and carry heavy trays, boxes, objects
  • Able to maintain a pleasant disposition under stress and satisfy consumer appeal and client marketing requirements
  • Approachable and able to engage consumers
