Marketing Director, Flooring Brands

As a key member of the Adams Keegan team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our flooring brands. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, expanding market share, and increasing customer awareness through multi-channel marketing efforts.

This position requires a strategic, creative thinker who can lead the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and maintaining the unique identity of our flooring brands within a cohesive brand strategy.
  • Managing all digital marketing activities, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and emerging platforms.
  • Leading and overseeing marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and distributing sales tools, marketing materials, and samples to support the national sales team, retail customers, and consumers.
  • Facilitating communication of marketing initiatives across various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

As a customer-centric marketer, you will promote a customer-focused approach in all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and preferences. Additionally, you will:

  • Align product, channel, and marketing strategies, guiding the development of product requirements.
  • Monitor and apply global trends in design, technology, and industry advancements to marketing strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent product marketing data across internal and third-party platforms.

With a strong background in sales, marketing, or related business experience, you will lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance. You will also manage relationships with external vendors, PR and advertising agencies, and coordinate national and regional trade shows. Finally, you will oversee the allocation of marketing budgets to optimize resource use and achieve strategic goals.
