Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals in your assigned area, providing clinical proficiency and business acumen.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quota, managing customer sales activity and prospective customer initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local educational and sales events to augment the business and deliver assigned sales goals.
- Support referral networks and educate referrals on Zimmer products.
- Adhere to all laws and Zimmer policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, product handling, and complaints.
- Some experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical sales.
- Ability to gain in-depth understanding of customers and their requirements.
- Ability to become technically proficient with designated products.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence others.
- Ability to carry weights up to 50 pounds of product and instruments.
- Competitive salary range of $70k-130k annually with base and commission structure.
