Zimmer Biomet is a global medical technology leader, and we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals in your assigned area, providing clinical proficiency and business acumen.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quota, managing customer sales activity and prospective customer initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local educational and sales events to augment the business and deliver assigned sales goals.
  • Support referral networks and educate referrals on Zimmer products.
  • Adhere to all laws and Zimmer policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, product handling, and complaints.
Requirements
  • Some experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Ability to gain in-depth understanding of customers and their requirements.
  • Ability to become technically proficient with designated products.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence others.
  • Ability to carry weights up to 50 pounds of product and instruments.
