Broadband Specialist I

Mediacom Communications is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Broadband Specialist I to join our team. As a Broadband Specialist I, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our cable television and broadband services. • Install and maintain cable television and broadband services
• Drive company vehicles and use bucket trucks to access customer locations
• Work with customers to resolve installation and service issues
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company equipment
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
