Job Summary

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to our distribution and manufacturing centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver finished products or raw materials to assigned destinations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain safety and compliance of loads, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage DOT driver logs and other required transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure regular attendance and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Perform pre- and post-inspections on vehicles to ensure safe operating conditions.
Requirements
  • 21 years or older with a valid CDL License and Non-Excepted Interstate Status.
  • Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test with a clean driving record.
  • Follow DOT Regulations and maintain a high level of safety awareness.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating trucks requiring a CDL Class A license, including maneuvering in tight spaces and backing into docks.
  • Hauling consumer products and perishable consumer goods, including transporting unstable loads and hauling different weights on different trip segments.
  • Operating a tractor-trailer in various conditions, including highway driving, side/local roads, and city/country environments.
