Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Companion to provide one-on-one, in-home care and daily living assistance to our elderly and vulnerable clients. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Companionship and Social Interaction: Provide engaging and supportive companionship to our clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Assist with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
  • Transportation and Errands: Safely transport clients to appointments and activities, and assist with errands as needed.
  • Client Care Planning: Collaborate with our team and clients' families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and our team.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied schedules and respond to changing client needs.
