Job Description

Papa John's in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking a skilled Shift Leader to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee operations, coordinate tasks, and motivate our team to ensure top-notch service and delicious pizzas in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $18 to $19 per hour, flexible hours, bi-weekly paychecks with direct deposit, ongoing training programs, and hundreds of retail perks and discounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
