We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Massage Therapist Instructor to join our team at Northwest Career College.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for mentorship and training, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a minimum of three years of experience in the massage therapy field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring students on professionalism expectations, managing hands-on training activities, providing feedback on student skills, grading practical examinations, and managing online classroom discussions.
The Massage Therapist Instructor will also be responsible for participating in professional development, attending department meetings, and supporting departmental efforts with purchasing and inventory management.
Requirements include a minimum of two years of work experience in the massage therapy field, a successful completion of High School or its equivalent, and an active Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy License.
The successful candidate will be eligible for a salary evaluation after 90 days and will have access to company benefits, including 401k, employee discount, and professional development assistance.
