Position Overview

  • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology within the Infrastructure sector that can be utilized to optimize operations.
  • Engaging closely with technology teams and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, which includes regular updates on project progress and performance metrics to partners and senior leadership.
  • Upholding knowledge of and compliance with regulations that influence the solution delivery process, such as data governance policies and organizational standards, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable.
  • Overseeing the complete lifecycle of solution initiatives, from initial concept through to execution, while managing resources, timelines, and risk mitigation to guarantee successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business process analysis and IT solution development within Infrastructure domains.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server versions 2012, 2012R2, 2016, and 2022.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong self-management skills, showcasing initiative and commitment to timely completion of tasks.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative working relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and assessing potential solutions.

Additional Information:

  • Reporting to the Associate Director of Infrastructure.
  • Hybrid work schedule with occasional on-site requirements.

Compensation Range: $88,800 - $142,200
