Speech and Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at Reliatus. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with families and other professionals to provide individualized care that supports each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapy techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
  • Utilize a play-based, naturalistic approach to therapy that engages children in a positive learning environment.
  • Provide education and support to families, ensuring they are involved and informed in their child's progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure through the Arizona Department of Health Services.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Competency in the implementation of evidence-based therapy techniques.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Fingerprint Clearance: Must successfully pass a criminal background check for the purpose of obtaining a DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures, including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

Must pass a criminal history background check and drug screening.

Job Types & Compensation:

This is a full-time position. The salary is starting at $80,000 annually plus a $10,000 annual bonus.
