Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for a state medical license. A completed Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program, as well as a fellowship in Geriatrics or Palliative Care, is required. Board certification/eligibility in Geriatrics or Palliative Medicine is also necessary.
