We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenroom Server to join our team at ASM Global. As a Greenroom Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to artists and their teams, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

• Anticipate and Respond to Guest Needs: Anticipate the needs of artists and their teams, and respond promptly to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Manage Food and Beverage Orders: Take orders from artists and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff through the micros terminal.
• Deliver Food and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to artists in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Maintain a clean and organized greenroom, including removing dirty plates, glasses, and other items.
• Communicate with Production Coordinator: Communicate with the production coordinator to ensure that catering costs are calculated and flashed accurately.
• Ensure Rider and In-House Items are Available: Ensure that dressing rooms are set up with agreed-upon rider and in-house items upon arrival.
• Maintain HOB Safety and Sanitation Standards: Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation in the greenroom and surrounding areas.

• 2-5 Years of High-Volume Experience: 2-5 years of experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Guest Relations Skills: Strong skills in guest relations and customer service.
• Wine and Liquor Knowledge: Knowledge of wine and liquor, including menu and daily specials.
• Transportation: Ability to transport items as needed to retrieve anything the artist may require that we do not carry on site.

• Fast-Paced Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
• Lifting and Moving: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
