The Vehicle Repair Specialist is essential in delivering outstanding customer service by thoroughly evaluating and restoring vehicles to their original state following accidents. Collaborating with a dedicated team, the Specialist guarantees high-quality repairs while maintaining the organization's dedication to efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties:

  • Consistently implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) strategy.
  • Organize repair tasks and provide accurate cost assessments to clients.
  • Utilize a variety of tools for vehicle repairs, including cutting tools, plasma cutters, and hammers.
  • Align vehicle frames and chassis to rectify structural issues.
  • Replace damaged sections and components of vehicles.
  • Inspect and refinish vehicles using manufacturer-approved paint.
  • Complete repair orders within designated labor time frames.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Completion of a technical training program or a three-year apprenticeship in auto body repair is required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and effectively collaborate with colleagues.
  • Knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools is essential.

This position requires the capability to work in noisy environments, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repairs under varying weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for individuals with disabilities.
