Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Representative who will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing essential administrative assistance. This role serves as the initial point of contact for visitors and plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $46,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and manage conference room reservations.
  • Oversee the receipt and distribution of mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative duties and special projects as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
