We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Nurse Leader to oversee our Inpatient Surgery department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of approximately 70 employees in the Inpatient Surgery department
* Oversee the daily operations of 12 ORs, including 2 CVOR suites and 1 hybrid suite
* Ensure the efficient use of integrated video systems and robotic integration
* Collaborate with the medical team to achieve high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

**Requirements:**

* BSN required
* At least 2 years of current/very recent surgical experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
