Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or a related field
  • Experience in case management, care planning, customer service, and enrollment processes for medical insurance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
