We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our nursing center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all areas of the nursing center are clean and well-maintained, including patient rooms, common areas, and staff spaces.
  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to patients, residents, and staff, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Maintain all floors, including stripping, refinishing, and daily maintenance of various floor types and surfaces.
  • Empty trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all entrance ways are clean and well-maintained, creating a positive first impression for visitors.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies.
