Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic with CDL and Haz Mat certifications preferred to join our team at Liberty Propane.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy truck diagnostics and possess ASE certification (a plus). This role requires the ability to perform roadside repairs promptly and effectively, demonstrating a high level of mechanical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting diagnostics and repairs on heavy trucks and diesel engines.
  • Performing roadside repairs as needed, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • CDL and Haz Mat certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in heavy truck diagnostics and repairs.
  • ASE certification is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as necessary.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have own tools required for the job.
