Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Restaurant Host to join our team at Huddle House in Jasper, TN. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage guest flow, ensuring efficient seating and table assignments.
  • Work collaboratively with servers to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
