DCCA is seeking a highly skilled Senior-Level Systems Engineer to support a new prime contract for a Government program. The program delivers important technical solutions and products using emerging technologies for processing significantly large amounts of data.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience performing tasks related to systems engineering, including the development of systems engineering documentation, managing system requirements, and coordinating the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board meetings.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including the application of systems engineering throughout the systems life-cycle phases. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with government personnel and senior executives.
The position requires a current, active TS/SCI clearance and a related Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be interested in executing legacy- to cloud-based transitions in a team environment and will have experience with commercial cloud technologies, high performance computing, and enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life-cycle phases
- Interact with government personnel and senior executives
- Manage system requirements and derived requirements
- Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board meetings
- Develop and deliver systems engineering documentation
Requirements:
- Current, active TS/SCI clearance
- Related Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of experience
- At least 10 years of demonstrated experience performing tasks related to systems engineering
